The condo HOA has a well and a septic provided to each RV and lodge site. My site has 20/30/50 amp electric, limited DTv cable & limited WiFi. It also has a fire pit and small deck area. It is a level pull through gravel RV site. It can be used for personal use or rental income when the owner is not using it. If purchaser desires they can purchase and place a Lodge for 6-8 people for personal or rental income. The resort has a huge guarded pool and a tot pool, and a playground . The resort is open year round and 3 mi to Great Adventure & 4 to Premium Outlets.
